Looking for fresh frames without the commitment of going into the store? Warby Parker has a Home Try-On option that is completely free!
Normally, I would go into a store and try-on just about any frame I fancy, but not during a pandemic! I desperately needed new frames since I purchased my last nice pair from Warby Parker in 2016. When I found out that they have a Home Try-On service, I jumped on it!
If you are looking to pick up some new frames, I would highly recommend downloading Warby Parker’s app and using the virtual try-on option to select what looks best on you. They surprised me with how convincing it was. Unlike many other virtual try-on's, this app made it look like you were wearing them. Using the app, I found the five frames I liked most and ordered them through the Home Try-On option. I figured there must be a catch, but all you have to do is put in your address and your card information (just in case you decide not to return them), and they ship to your door for free! They even come with a return label to send them right back in the same box. Once they arrive, you have five days to figure out which pair you want.
